Foster Care & Youth Placement

Our foster care initiatives are focused on providing safe, supportive placement opportunities for children and youth who require out-of-home care. Through foster care recruitment, training, licensing support, placement services, caregiver education, and ongoing support, Chosen Path works to promote stable and nurturing environments for children.

We also support youth preparing for transitions between placements, reunification, independent living, and adulthood by emphasizing permanency, life skills, education, family connections, and long-term stability.
