Chosen Path Community Care Agency provides multiple supportive programs for youth and families across both group home placement settings and community-based services. Our mission is to deliver safe, structured, and compassionate care that meets individuals where they are while promoting stability, growth, and overall well-being.

Lovely Girl Society

Lovely Girl Society is a character-building program for girls ages 6–12, designed as a modern-day sisterhood similar to Girl Scouts. The program focuses on etiquette, personal hygiene, friendship skills, confidence, and early mental health awareness to help young girls grow into respectful, kind, and self-assured young ladies.

Lovely Ladies

The Lovely Ladies Program supports teen girls ages 13–18 by building on the foundations of etiquette, hygiene, friendship, and emotional well-being while preparing them for adulthood. The program also emphasizes independence, mental health support, life readiness, and educational planning, including college preparation, trades, or skill development.

His Choice His Path

His Choice His Path is a character development program for boys ages 6–12 focused on building strong values, confidence, and positive behavior at an early age. The program emphasizes manners, personal hygiene, respect for others, friendship skills, emotional awareness, and accountability. Its goal is to guide young boys toward becoming responsible, kind, and self-disciplined young men.

Young Men Matter

Young Men Matter serves teen boys ages 13–18 by promoting character, responsibility, and healthy decision-making during critical developmental years. The program includes guidance on independence, mental health, life readiness, and educational or career pathways such as college, skilled trades, or workforce preparation.
