Participants can be connected with additional Chosen Path programs and community resources based on their individual needs and eligibility, including workforce development, education, life-skills training, behavioral health resources, family support, financial education, and community services.

The goal is to help participants move from housing instability toward stability, self-sufficiency, and permanent housing.
